The End is Near

Since President Joe Biden has been in office, his approval ratings have plummeted. From his handling of the COVID crisis to the tax raises, many voters have begun to question his methods and policies altogether. Now in the midst of pulling out from Afghanistan, Biden’s approval ratings have hit all-time lows. In a Politico poll of 1,997 registered voters only 39% thought that America was going in the right direction. The survey then found that merely 30% of U.S. voters agreed with Biden’s handling of the Afghanistan retreat. Meanwhile, an overwhelming 72% of respondents said they disagree at least somewhat with Biden's military withdrawal. It could have stopped there, but amid the decision in trusting Kabul to the wicked Taliban and eye witness accounts of brutality toward the Afghan people, especially women and girls, the evil of the Taliban has been unveiled, once again, to the whole world. Things have yet been made worse with the suicide bombing of Kabul Airport resulting in the death of 13 Americans and 169 Afghans, which is interesting considering that Biden’s initial reasoning behind the withdraw was to prevent the loss of any more American lives. However, until the bombing incident, the last American military personnel death recorded in Afghanistan was on February 8, 2020, which in fact does not make it an active war zone. More Americans died in this bombing than had died since 2011, so in an entire decade less Americans have died while we had military personnel stationed in Afghanistan than when we withdrew from Afghanistan. By the way, still over 100 American citizens remain in Afghanistan unprotected and open to terrorist attacks. Remember that the next time you’re praying and thank God for your country.

Apparently during the retreat from Afghanistan, we somehow lost $83 billion worth of military weaponry. Our president has now made it easier for a Muslim Taliban member to own an U.S. assault rifle than an actual American citizen. These same weapons are now being used by enemies of America and those that conspire to bring down these United States. As far as foreign policy goes, I can’t quite think of any president from American history with a worse policy than Biden’s, maybe FDR. Putting aside his COVID lies and the insane inflation, courtesy of the Biden Administration, the Afghanistan withdrawal will be the ultimate black mark on his presidency, all he can now do is try his best to even out everything else and maybe, just maybe America will make it through his presidency.
